Our new baby spa menu offers spa experiences designed to specifically target the bodywork and skin care needs of women during pregnancy and after delivery.

Baby Spa experiences are customized through matching therapeutic massage choices with spa treatment add-ons. With seven different treatment options ranging from the 25 minute Free Your Mind shoulder massage to the 75 minute full body exfoliation aptly named The Smoothie, there is no reason for expectant moms to forgo their spa routine.

Hela Baby Spa utilizes the Mama Mio skin care line. Active ingredients such as omega rich oils are employed to hydrate, firm and improve skin elasticity without parabens or synthetic fragrance. The end result is healthier skin and a more comfortable pregnancy.

Many thanks to Maija, two year old daughter of Hela Spa Co-Founder Helle Jeppsson for being our Hela Spa Baby. However, it is time that she share the limelight! We are searching for the next Hela Spa Baby.

MOTHER'S DAY BOTOX PARTY
