ETIQUETTE POLICIES
We are high-volume, dynamic practice. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee booking.
Cancellation Fee
$100 for less than 24 hour notice to change or cancel.
No-Show Fee
$100 for no shows.
Late Policy
Out of respect for our clientele and staff schedules, treatments for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at hela® discretion.
Return and Refund Policy
Absolutely no refunds at all on any hela® products + services. Hela® credit only. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return it within 10 days for exchange or hela® credit.
