Nutrition Foundation Package $700

This package includes a full nutritional assessment including lab blood draw, micronutrient test and one session with our dietician.

Once your micronutrient test results are in, we will contact you to schedule your feedback session with our dietician, Macy. She will provide professional interpretation of your results and customized nutritional feedback just for you! This session can be done in-person or via FaceTime/Skype/Phone.

Follow up sessions

Additional follow up appointments can be booked with our dietician in increments of 60 or 30 minutes in-person or via FaceTime/Skype.

60 minute appointment for $125 or 30 minute appointment for $75.
